Engagement Scope

The Sutor Group was engaged by Massart in quantifying damages incurred as a result of delay and disruption to this project.

Project description

This project entailed the installation of pipe and pumping systems to transport water from the well site to a tank reservoir and from the tank reservoir to the town distribution system.

Entitlement issues

Delay and project disruption as a result of inadequate well capacities and design deficiencies affecting reservoir tank construction.

Type of impacts

Cost of labor inefficiencies as a result of disruption to pipe installation and water tank construction activities. Additional mobilization costs. Subcontractor impacts, extended contract performance costs for equipment, field office overhead and home office overhead.
