The Sutor Group was engaged by DPIC (surety) to evaluate Eberharter Construction's claim submitted to the owner on this project.

Project description

This project involved the construction of a new 81,481 square foot youth detention center and the renovation of an existing 16,938 square foot detention building. Eberharter Construction was the prime contractor. We represented DPIC the insurance carrier for the project architect.

Entitlement issues

Alleged defective design.
