Engagement Scope

The Sutor Group was engaged by Plano Builders Corporation to review a request for equitable adjustment relating to differing site conditions and work sequence disruption. We recomputed many of the impact amounts and our analysis indicated total damages of approximately $1,351,000.

Project description

The project involved the rehabilitation of three enlisted men's barracks at Fort Riley, Kansas. The contract required Plano to demolish existing interior partitions, rehabilitate mechanical and electric systems, and construct new masonry partitions, arms vaults, storage rooms, and other features.
