Engagement Scope

The Sutor Group was engaged by Flour Daniel Northwest to review and analyze a claim brought by PCL Construction Services, Inc and several of its subcontractors. PCL was the general contractor on the project. The claim impacts as requested by PCL totaled approximately $6,400,000. The Sutor Group was also engaged to present the results of our findings in two day mediation proceedings.

Project description

The work included the supply and construction of a two story pre-engineered building and systems for the handling and processing of waste products and associated ancillary facilities.
