Engagement Scope

This matter involved the alleged wrongful termination of a sub-subcontractor on the Point of Entry project at the Canada/Washington border. The sub-subcontractor alleged that the subcontractor wrongfully terminated it from the project. The Sutor Group was engaged by Arango Construction Company to assist in the review of the claim presented by its sub-subcontractor, Wedco Construction, Inc.

Project description

The project consisted of the site development work as a prelude to the eventual construction of expanded facilities for warehousing, cargo facilities, and parking and inspection facilities to process commercial vehicles passing customs into the United States.

Entitlement issues

The sub-subcontractor alleged that it was wrongfully terminated from the project.
