Operational Assessment - RiskMetrics ™

Sutor Management Group, LLC, in partnership with Strategic Performance Systems, has developed an operational assessment process for the construction industry called RiskMetrics™. RiskMetrics™ provides a focus on outcomes rather than processes, evaluating the effectiveness of operational activities within a contractor organization.
